Yes, and no. Truth is it isn't given out at 12 midnight, it is given out at a random time. But it hardly ever happens.

How do I get a paint brush?
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but you get them by playing games and saving your nps. Sometimes you might get lucky enough to get one from a random event, but that is rare. You cannot buy paint brushes from Neopian Shops. You have to buy them from another user's shop, trade, or auction.

How do I use the Rainbow Fountain?
To be able to use the Rainbow Fountain you have to receive, and complete a quest from the Fountain Faerie first. Once you have done that she will let you use to the Rainbow Fountain. And I think it is for just one visit.

How to make a Krawk pet.
First make sure you have 3 or less pets. Then go and buy a Krawk Petpet and give it to one of your Neopets. After that name the Krawk whatever you want your new Krawks name to be. Then go to the Fungus Cave on Krawk Island, then you have a fully grown Krawk. By the way, the Krawk Petpets are un-buyable items. So that means if you decide to buy one its going to cost you a lot. Another thing is that you have no control over if it's going to be a male or female.

You can now buy a Magical Krawk Plushie that will change one of your pets into a Krawk. But the plushies are very rare.

It has also been said that the Lab Ray might turn a pet into a Krawk.
You also can now use a potion to change your pet into a Krawk.

How to use the Lab Ray.
To use the Lab Ray you have to collect all 9 pieces of the Secret Lab Map. After you do this go HERE to put the map together. Once you have done this you will have access to the Lab Ray once a day. The ray can change EVERYTHING about your pet. Even its species, color, and sex. To see what this looks like go to the Treasure Map section of this page.

How to get a Tonu pet.
The Tonu pet is a limited edition. To get one you have to go to the Create a Pet section on Neopets. Neopets releases 500 Tonu pets there a day, at a random time. If you are really lucky the Lab Ray might turn your pet into a Tonu. You can also buy a Magical Tonu plushie and that will change your pet into a Tonu. How to get a Job Coupon.
The only way to get a Job Coupon is to buy them from someone's shop, find them up for auction, or at the Trading Post. Doing a certain amount of Basic Jobs does not give you a coupon. The way people very first got them was through a giveaway that Neopets done awhile back. For more information about Job Coupons go to the Job Coupon page. You can get a Brightvale Coupon through a random event, or by winning one from the Wheel of Knowledge.

How to complete the Brain Tree Quest.
To find out where and when your person died you need to complete two Esophagor Quests.

Can I change my pets name or sex after I have made it?
You can't change your pets name, but you can change its sex. There is a potion called strange potion that will change it. The Lab Ray will also change its sex.

You can also battle the Lab Ray Scientist in the one player battledome. If he uses the Strange Potion on you as a weapon, and then withdraw from the battle right after, your sex will have been changed for free. Thanks to shaggyeren for this info.

Can Neopets date?
No Neopets cannot date. "Neo-dating" is actually against Neopet rules.

You can't. That is something that Neopets done awhile ago, and it's over now.

How do I wake up Turmaculus?
The Turmaculus is awake for one hour at random times of the day. But be careful because he might eat your petpet.

How do I raise my petpets level?
To raise its level you have to wake up the Turmaculas and it might raise its level. You can also play the game Petpet Battles and it will also raise your petpets level.

How do I use my pet's "abilities"?
You use your pet's abilities in the battledome. To do this first go to Quick Reference and make what ever pet you want to use in the battledome active. Then go to Abilities, and click on which ever abilities you want to use in the battledome to make them active. (You can click on a max of seven abilities) Once you enter a battle with someone you will see your active abilities in the drop down menu.

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
You are allowed a MAXIMUM of one main account and up to four additional accounts that can be used as galleries, etc. You are only allowed to use the once per day activities such as Coltzan's Shrine and the Tombola with your main account.

Can you make a Fish Negg, like at the Cooking Pot?
No there is no way to make a Fish Negg. The Fish Negg is a retired item. The only way to get one is buy it from someone's shop, trade, or auction.

What do MAGIC Ghost Marshmallows do?
If you feed them to your ghost pet they will heal it.

How do I attach a PetPetPet to my PetPet?
Make which ever pet you want to attach the PetPetPet to your active pet. Then put the PetPetPet in your inventory and keep refreshing the page until it attaches. It could take awhile for it to attach it self. Doing this there is a possibility that you could get a random event that takes your item.

How do I get dubloons?
You get them from other user's shops, trades, or auctions. Coltzan's Shrine also gives them out sometimes, and you can get them from random events.

If I use a stick hand in the battledome to steal a battle item from my opponent do I get to keep the item I stole after the battle ends?
No. You only get to keep the item until the battle is over. Once it's over the item goes back to the person you stole it from.
